Our Story

Le Fanum

In love with the lake, passionate about cooking, I wish to share my love with as many people as possible. The Port de l'Estey, an essential part of the Cazaux-Sanguinet Lake, did not have a café restaurant. What could be more natural than to have a coffee, a refreshment, a lunch on the port! With this in mind, and as a windsurfing, fishing and surfing enthusiast, I wanted to create a spot dedicated to conviviality and rest.
