Follow the circular walk around the waterfalls, explore the nature trail, or enjoy freshly roasted coffee and a slice of home made cake in the Tree of Life Café.
Our Story
St Nectan’s Glen’s woodland walk and waterfalls sits amongst ancient ivy clad trees and lush ferns along the banks of the River Trevillet which has carved its way through Late Devonian slate and created a magnificent 60 foot waterfall, punching a hole through the stone of the kieve (basin). A part of it’s journey to the sea at Rocky Valley, here fauna take refuge amid tales of fairies, piskies and spirits, serenaded by the wonderful sound of bird song. Accommodating visitors of all ages, there is a café and gift shop, a nature trail featuring a bird hide, cloud watching beds and a glimpse at our apiary (bee hives) with an activity sheet to keep young minds busy. We also have retreat buildings and a yoga studio where facilitators can hold their own retreats and wellbeing escapes.
Our team is here and happy to help!
