Restaurant Nif
2020's lockdown brought a pauze in our lives. For us this meant a way to reinvent our passion and ambitions. Bram and Elise spent many days brainstorming how we could do something special in our field of work. The answer was Nif. Together with their chef Radu, they pursue to open a restaurant 'with an attitude'. Local ingredients reinvented, surprising wines and exciting cocktails, this is all Nif is about!
