Our Story
Cornerstone Motel
Surrounded by serine rivers and tree covered mountains, sits an unassuming establishment called the CORNERSTONE Motel. Located directly at the entrance to the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, it offers visitors to the area a clean and well managed 17 room motel to stay that has built a solid reputation on pride of ownership and does what it needs to please it's guests everyday. The spectacular 8 acre property sides the Cheticamp River and several private walking trails have been cut into the woods on the property to provide guests staying at the Cornerstone Motel with a relaxing place to unwind and experience nature at its finest! Renowned for its comfort and well kept property, the Cornerstone Motel also has a private guest fire-pit for relaxing around late into the evening. Several excellent food establishments are located just minutes away and Acadian culture is abundant in the area. With various configurations and types of rooms available, the Cornerstone Motel has a room that will suit your needs and make you feel right at home!
