Our Story
We are Maître Restaurateur it's a prefectural decree. It means that everything is homemade by professionnals and à high level of hygiene. We try to have the most of our products localy to great suppliers. Our main thinking is EAT LOCAL and THINK GLOGAL. We are on many gastronomic guides like Michelin and many more... We love our job.

Only local produts, like Onion Pie and green salad from Colmar, the Snails from M.Wild from 20km to Colmar, Duck Foie Gras from South West of France, the Famous Choucroute and Meats and Sausages or the Pork Knuckle Glazed in Pinot Noir served with Spätzelé bio, all our desserts are really excicting too. The Crème Brûlée à la Gousse de Vanille, or My Mother's in law Black Forest Cake !
