The inspiration and the recipes come from grandmother Sonja Pereira, who brings the royal cuisine of Bandung, Indonesia to life here in her adopted country, the Netherlands. The team constantly innovates and improvises to add new twists to the classic sauces, and also to use the abundant local produce of the Netherlands, especially in fish, seafood, wild, and organic vegetables, to produce a stunningly modern menu.
