Our Story

Tobiko Restaurante SL

From a very young age I began, without knowing it, my training as a cook. I liked to cook and eat well. When my mother cooked, and she allowed me to, she helped her prepare and prepare traditional dishes, based on those recipes that are passed down from generation to generation. Later, over the years, I train professionally at the Cooking School and complete my training both in Spain, where I am lucky enough to work with great chefs, and in England and Mexico. Along the way, what started out as a childish skill or whim has become the banner of my life. I have learned to love cooking and respect it to the fullest, aware that excellence requires time and care. And it is at this point, where I start my project individually, trying to demonstrate day after day the spirit of improvement and dedication that has become my reason for being. From here, my thanks to all those people who believed in me without flattery, and also to those others who through their criticism made my tenacity and effort increase every day.
