Our Story

Buddha Bowl Belize

This little business is the result of the loving donations and support of many friends and family members who gave freely of their own resources to see us through when we lost our yoga ashram in 2020. We had a few bumps and some close calls, but we emerged in the center of San Ignacio in spite of every difficulty thrown at us from armed robbery and home invasion to being thrown out of our home of almost 10 years by illegally armed independent militia. Sounds crazy? Well it has been! In any case we held to our convictions, and brought ourselves into the public eye with two new businesses. We are thrilled to invite you to the Buddha Bowl, and welcome you to San Ignacio. Walk in and try the world's best kombucha! Culturally Alive Kombucha, now in over 30 locations across Belize.
