Hermann Wurst Haus is Hermann Wine Country’s premier meat and sausage shop featuring more than 46 varieties of award-winning Bratwurst, 10 flavors of Grand Champion House-Smoked Bacons, 12 flavors of Summer Sausage, a wide assortment of German Specialty meats, 4 housemade Wurst Haus craft beers and 5 specialty sodas, gourmet foods, and gifts. Our delicious meat products are available at our Deli and Market open daily. Our products are hand-crafted in-house by Wurstmeister Mike Sloan, using his secret recipes for traditional flavors including the German sausage Knackwurst, and creating new recipes for his unique new flavors such as our most popular Caramelized Pear & Gorgonzola Bratwurst. Wurstmeister Mike has won more than 500 international, national, regional, and state awards; including 14 best of show honors. Our deli-style restaurant showcases bratwursts, hickory-smoked pulled pork, deli meat sandwiches, German specialties and housemade side dishes such as German potato salad, red cabbage, and Peach Bread Pudding. Enjoy a wide selection of local wines, Wurst Haus craft beers and soda. Open daily. We feature an extensive retail shop with an emphasis on Missouri-made products, gourmet foods, sausage-making supplies, gifts, and a Wurst Haus line of sauces and spices.
