Our Story
The Classroom Pattaya
The Classroom started out as a single "shophouse" unit GoGo bar on December 1st, 1993. By 1998 it had grown to a 3-unit building and one of the most popular bars in Pattaya. The first few hotel rooms were added back in 2009 and since then the business has grown to encompass two more neighbouring units, a modern elevator has been installed, and 24 rooms varying in size from 20 to 60 square metres are now available. In 2017, the GoGo was replaced with a retro Music Lounge with regular live music acts in the evenings and popular classic music videos on big-screen TVs at all other times. The Sports Bar and Grill and its menu were expanded and a 24-hour reception area was installed along with a private entrance. The Classroom management team consists of 4 British ex-pats who have lived in Thailand for over 90 years between them and all of them enjoy a chat with our guests to provide advice or just to share their experiences and funny anecdotes. The Classroom will quickly become your "local" away from home.
