Joey is the one who creates all 90 plus water based or milk flavors of Paletas keeping 16 flavors available in store. Cecy is his wife who is usually the one managing and making sure you have the best costumer service and experience at their location. Together they have two kids 2 years old, and 8 year old, who share the job of " tasted testers". We're not only a family We're a Team.
