Our Story
I Carusi Relais
In the heart of Sicily, located a few kilometers from the Vendicari reserve and conceived with the utmost respect for the environment. The spaces, the materials, the energy supplies, even the technological additions: in our bio relais everything is designed to be sustainable and minimize the environmental impact, reciprocating the immense generosity offered by nature. Restored in 2016, the buildings of an old post station are now a charming boutique hotel with five rooms and suites, an infinity pool and a restaurant. The property is surrounded by six hectares of land planted with almond and olive trees. A love, that for nature and agriculture, handed down from grandfather to grandson. A sincere and genuine love thanks to which in 2006 the production of organic pink grapefruit was born from one hectare of land in Acireale, in the Catanese area. In 2011, the organic farm of Simona Privitera, chef and owner of the Carusi, expands and in Noto finds the ideal space to bring together a passion for agriculture according to nature and hospital
