Chef Roberta Sudbrack, known around the world for her precise and delicate cuisine, her dedication to small Brazilian producers and her passion for fire, opened this small restaurant, always crowded, to be able to dedicate herself to a cuisine extremely connected with the best of Brazil. In a house without a plate on the door and a large wood-fired oven in the middle of the room, chef Sudbrack elected best chef in Latin America, cooks with soul and emotion.
