We offer more than 35 different types of hands-on cooking classes, pasta workshops, bread, pizza, pastry and gelato lessons, and short or long cooking courses about the Regional Italian Cooking.
Our Story
Our interests are on the history of food, based on local and fresh products, farm to table. Our chef loves cooking with local cheeses, cereals, fresh vegetables, meat, fresh shellfish and fresh fish wild-caught. Our chef is also an historian, so she believes that the traditional Italian Regional Cuisine is a manifestation of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
