Coffee from Lake Constance – Kaffeerösterei Konstanz True to the motto "Good coffee is quality of life", we, the Kaffeerösterei Konstanz, have been offering speciality coffees from all over the world since 2002 and will spoil you with more than 40 exquisite coffee varieties. Our many years of experience combined with craftsmanship and the use of first-class green coffee guarantee the quality of the freshly roasted coffee beans. With the help of the long-term drum roasting process, our unique and flavour-intensive speciality coffees are created with gentle roasting and low temperatures. As a certified organic coffee roastery, we also attach great importance to sustainable cultivation. Due to increasing demand, our roastery production site, together with the coffee school and administration, is now located on the premises of "The Plant" at Byk-Gulden-Str. 2 in Constance's industrial area. You will find our coffee shop in the heart of Constance's old town on Stephansplatz.
