Our Story
Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails
Enjoy nature in our 350 ha of nature reserve. We are located on the slopes of Arenal Volcano, within the Arenal Volcano National Park, in La Fortuna, San Carlos Have a great day walking through the 11 km of trails we offer, 2 observation towers, 2 suspension bridges, visit the Danta waterfall and our beautiful museum. The Nest is a 28 m. (92 ft.) observation tower. From there, you have an option to see all kinds of wildlife in the tropical rain forest of La Fortuna, in Costa Rica The Day Pass will include lunch at our El Jilguero restaurant between 11.30am and 4.30pm Schedule for Entrance Pass or Day Pass to the trails is from 5.30am to 5.00pm
