Karubees Jamaican Restaurant
We are a local small business in the downtown area of Charleston, West Virginia. We provide a very unique blend of the Jamaican culture. And most of our spices and seasonings came from Jamaica. You won’t find any other restaurant downtown or near provides what we have to offer to our customers. You can always visit our website that is user friendly and easy to navigate to through our unique menu. You can get many different combination on our menu it is not like the typical Jamaican Restaurant, so it set us apart from any other.
We have a very small team it is only three of us including myself. I am founder and owner operator Kerry: I am the cook that prepare everything every morning. Bina: Cashier she run a very crucial part of the business. Keith: He is responsible for making sure your order/s get to you correctly
Our Menu
With our daily fresh items, my absolute favorite is the curry goat, it does take me roughly about three hours prepare it. The jerk chicken is amazing the seasoning is blended inside we make our own. The Curry Chicken is fill with so much flavor from the many different herbs and vegetables and spices that is cook down with you can taste the flavor and love that goes in to it. The oxtails is so tender it is pressure down and cook down with onion, thyme, scallions, garlic, red & green peppers, and butter beans, it is absolutely delicious That is to name a few things on the menu
